Hi, I'm Bridget, and I eat a lot of Greek yogurt. (This is where you say, "Hi, Bridget!")

The funny thing is (not haha funny) that I rarely think about buying Greek yogurt at Trader Joe's. I've just gotten into the habit of buying Fage at my local grocery store.

Oh, but if you want yogurt that tastes like dessert, please treat yourself to Ellenos. That's another story—another realm. Wow. Back to our post...

Anyhoo, I decided to compare Trader Joe's Greek yogurt to Fage, starting with the Trader Joe's nonfat and Fage 0%.

Since the yogurts come in the same size (5.3 ounces) and similar packaging, I thought this was Fage making a private label for Trader Joe's. And it could be...but there are differences between the two.
