There needs to be a rule: New Cookie = New Review. This is a rule I should be able to follow with no problem. 

Trader Joe's Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mini Biscotti are new! The cookies come in a small plastic tub and cost $4.99 for 9 ounces. 

In our local Trader Joe's, these were displayed on a "new product" endcap. 

The suggested serving size is 2 mini biscotti. Honestly, for minis, I was hoping the serving size would be around 7. There are about 20 biscotti per container.

Each two-biscotti serving has 120 calories, 4 grams of fat, and 2 grams of protein. 

One serving of Trader Joe's Brown Butter Salted Caramel Mini Biscotti is worth 6 Weight Watchers points (WW points). 

Ingredients include wheat flour, malted barley flour, cane sugar, eggs, brown butter powder (I need some of that!)...and more.

She says (Bridget): Don't let their plain appearance fool you; these are absolutely packed with flavor! The brown butter and salted caramel combine to create a delicious butterscotch-y taste. The biscotti have a great crunch without being dry. If you love butterscotch, you will love these. I immediately started wondering what they'd be like as a base for 7-layer cookies.

He says (Mark): I was lucky to have the first bite just as I was sitting down for a cup of coffee…perfect timing. I took one bite and then another, dunked in the coffee. Both were delicious. The crunch was as I'd expect…super-crispy, and the flavoring did not disappoint. A perfect blend of brown butter and salted caramel. Enjoy and repeat.

Will we buy these again? Yes! They'd make a great cookie jar filler and coffee break treat.
