These Organic Brown Rice Cake Thins caught my eye because they have a different shape and are thinner than your typical rice cake.

The description on the package reads, "thin puffed rice cakes with a sprinkle of sea salt." They're a product of Belgium.
Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice Cake Thins come in a 4.8-ounce package with approximately 30 rice cakes and costs $1.99.
The suggested serving size is 6 rice cakes for 110 calories. One serving also has 3 grams of protein (I wasn't expecting that) and 1 gram of fiber. The only ingredients are organic brown rice and sea salt.

Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice Cake Thins Review
REVIEW (Bridget): This is the rice cake breakthrough we've been waiting for. The thin profile is sturdy enough to hold a topping, but it isn't like eating a mouthful of cardboard. Compared to other rice cakes I've eaten, the puffed rice bits are smaller and more pleasing to chew. The sea salt comes through without being "salty." And yes, they are not exactly full of flavor, but if you want something crunchy to scoop up a dip or spread with Nutella, this is a good choice. I've been eating them nonstop with big scoops of fresh cranberry relish. Oh, and you will probably need to break out your dustbuster after eating a few. ;)
Overall rating: 4 out of 5 stars (caveat: this rating is taking into account that it's a RICE CAKE.)
Will I buy them again? Yes!
