You might find this Fruit & Vegetable Wash in two places in the store: 1. near the produce and 2. near the household supplies. I've always picked it up in produce, but my store only had it stocked in household this week.
Thinking it had been discontinued sent me into a slight panic. After finding it and gathering my wits, I thought, "This might need a review."

A 16-ounce bottle costs $3.99 and seems to last forever.
Trader Joe's Fruit and Vegetable Wash ingredients: purified water and natural cleansing agents derived from coconut oil and and corn oil, grapefruit seed extract, and lemon-orange extract. It's formulated to remove waxes, chemicals, and pesticides.
OK, and I didn't notice until today the "...next to Godliness" on the label.
I've tried other veggie sprays and went through a long phase of scrubbing produce with a baking soda/water paste. This is better.
Here's what I love about Trader Joe's Fruit and Vegetable Wash:
- the natural ingredients,
- it has a slick texture, so I know if my produce is covered,
- it bubbles slightly at first, but the bubbles dissipate and wash away quickly,
- a great value,
- no residue,
- no strong scent
My (Bridget's) overall rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Will I buy it again? Always and forever!

Can you mix it into a spray bottle?
Anon...I would think so, but I haven't tried it. I might try just adding a sprayer top to the existing bottle.
