Are these the first croutons that Trader Joe's has offered? I'm not sure, but we did see a peek at croissant croutons in this Butter Lettuce Salad Kit.
Trader Joe's Rosemary Croissant Croutons are described as "flaky croissant chunks" and are vegan. The package copy suggests eating them as a snack or using them to top soups and salads. They're also recommended for topping gratins or crushed as a breading.

OK. Can we talk about 3 servings per serving? No, sir. Three croutons do not constitute a serving. Maybe it's a typo and should read "13."
Maybe you'll want to make a salad to go with your croutons?
For reviewing, we ate these out-of-hand and on a salad.
Trader Joe's Rosemary Croissant Croutons Review
He says (Mark): “Crispy, crunchy!”… words that perfectly fit this item from TJ’s. A different and very enjoyable texture - a lighter crunch than bread-based croutons. I loved the size, the seasoning, and the croissant foundation. A winner. But I would personally never sacrifice an actual croissant to make croutons. Plus, who would have any to spare when they are fresh? Thanks, TJ’s for making the crouton sacrifice onto the foodie altar!

She says (Bridget): First, don't start snacking on these before you make your salad. You might inhale the entire package before your salad is in the bowl. I am not a fan of the bagged croutons but was very pleasantly surprised by these. Super crispy, the croissant chunks shatter when bitten. Do not sleep on the loose bits in the bag; they are so good scattered over a salad! The rosemary flavor comes through in a big way. I also detected a sweet taste, but there is no added sugar in the ingredients. After pondering for a while, my only thought is that it's coming from the plant-based butter?

Will we buy them again? Yes, for the taste, but maybe no because I'll put 6 on my salad and eat about 5 (or 17) as I make the salad, so those calories start adding up. Doesn't this defeat the point of eating a salad!?! At that point, I'd rather just eat a croissant! ;)
Trader Joe's Rosemary Croissant Croutons: You should definitely try them!
