If there ever was a cereal box that screamed, "STRAWBERRY SEASON," this is it! Trader Joe's Flakes & Strawberries Cereal stands out with its bright white box with pinkish-red lettering.
An 11.7-ounce box costs $2.99 and contains nine servings of 1 and 1/4 cup.
On the side of the package, part of the description reads, "...crunchy wheat and rice flakes studded with tart, freeze-dried strawberries..." Along with serving it in a bowl with milk, two more suggestions are offered: to use a topping for Greek yogurt and as part of a breakfast-inspired trail mix.

Trader Joe's Flakes & Strawberries Cereal Review
She says (Bridget): Does the fact that I finished off one box and immediately drove back and bought two more boxes say anything to you? I love this cereal! The flakes are lightly sweetened and stay fairly crunchy in milk. And, those strawberries! They add the perfect amount of tart-sweet and a little chewiness to make the cereal interesting. The bright flavor is like eating spring sunshine in cereal form.

He says (Mark): I haven't had a bowl of cereal for breakfast in years, but was glad to have come across this product from TJ's. The crispness of the flakes hold up to milk easily. The strawberry bits are just right. Enough to notice, but not anything like the sugar-bombs that litter the cereal aisle in regular grocery stores. No colored marshmallows here. I would buy this again (and we have already).

Would we buy this again? I think you already know our answer...we already have!

By the way, 1.25 cups of this cereal weighs almost twice what the box indicates (box says 39g)…at around 75g. Guessing the stated serving size is almost twice calories as well
