Well, Trader Joe's Chocolate Palette will certainly catch the eye of any chocolate lover! In our store, these were stacked in an area featuring seasonal products. 

Trader Joe's Chocolate Palette, Assorted Chocolate Confections contains 24 colorfully wrapped, small chocolate bars - three each of eight varieties. You'll find a mix of dark and milk chocolates in the box, all flavored in some way. A box costs $9.99.

The chocolates are made in Belguim. Some have a more fluid, runny filling, while others have a thick, creamy center. 

The flavors include:

• dark chocolate salted caramel
• dark chocolate vanilla
• dark chocolate coffee
• dark chocolate crispy corn
• dark chocolate praline
• milk chocolate crispy almond
• milk chocolate praline
• milk chocolate crispy rice and hazelnut

The serving size is 2 pieces. Let me be upfront and say that the two of us polished off this box in 3 days.

He says (Mark): The packaging…the packaging! Brilliant and fun and uber colorful. The selections inside include some of my favorite flavors! Milk Chocolate Praline, to name just one pick. Each piece is just right for 2 bites. In the case of the vanilla and caramel with the more runny fillings, it's best to have the 2nd bite quickly to prevent a mess. Whether your tastes lean towards dark or milk chocolate, there is something here to taste and savor. The Belgians make some fine sweets, don't you think? You CAN eat just one in a sitting, but why stop there?

She says (Bridget): There's something for everyone in this box of chocolates. I was first struck by the pretty packaging - this would make a sweet little gift! Second, I loved the variety of chocolate, both the dark and milk, and the flavors. I'm a dark chocolate girl, but I love milk, too, so it was wonderful to have a mix. The exterior chocolate is so smooth and shiny, while the range of textures on the inside kept things interesting. If you shy away from dark chocolate because it can be bitter, I found these dark chocolate bars to be deep and rich without any bitter tones. My favorites: Dark Chocolate Vanilla Bar, Dark Chocolate Crispy Corn Bar, and Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Bar. The perfect 2-bite treat!
