If you love cranberry everything this time of year, try these recipes:
- cranberry bourbon fizz (style me pretty)
- cranberry curd tart (new york times)
- glazed cranberry almond bars (bake at 350)
- cranberry swirl crumble muffins (how sweet eats)
- cranberry glazed turkey breast (craving tasty)
- fresh cranberry relish (bake at 350)
The pie is pre-baked and frozen. It can be defrosted and warmed reasonably quickly in the oven or left on the counter for a couple of hours to come to room temperature. Once warmed or defrosted, simply invert onto a plate and remove the pan.
Trader Joe's Nantucket Style Cranberry Pie Review
She (Bridget) says: Get your heinie over to Trader Joe's and snag one of these before they sell out! What a beautiful combination of tart cranberries with a delicious, soft almond and vanilla cake! Embedded in the cake are small walnut pieces which add just the right texture. The cranberries hold their shape surprisingly well. This would be even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. As is, though, it gets top marks from me.

He (Mark) says: I didn't know this delicacy, Nantucket Cranberry Pie, existed. This combination of pie and tart is excellent. Fruit pie is already at the top of my favorites list, so I had high hopes for this. Full of flavor, great texture...and a challenge to eat slowly. It does not disappoint.

Would I buy this again: Yes, it would be especially great to have on hand during the holidays!
