Introduced to Trader Joe's in 2020 (I think!), PB& J Snack Duos are found over near the granola/snack bars. Let's review!
The first "snack duo" I ever remember seeing when I was a kid was the packet of rectangular crackers with spreadable cheese. It came with a flat red plastic knife. I loved those! So much fancier in junior high than plain ol' cheese-filled crackers!
These PB& J Snack Duos consist of individual packages of peanut butter-filled wafer sticks paired with a raspberry jam for dipping. The wafer sticks are a bit like pirouline cookies but shorter. There are 8 little cookies in each pack and 6 individually serving packets in each box. That sounds confusing.
Each little pack contains 8 grams of protein and 11 grams of fat. They do come in a little high on sugar with 20 grams of added sugar.

Our Trader Joe's PB&J Snack Duo review...
She says (Bridget): PB&J is not a combo I usually reach for - unless it's a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I loved this little snack duo, though! It was actually a substantial snack that took me longer to eat than a spoonful of almond butter from the jar. Very satisfying! The cookies are crunchy and light, and the fruit dip isn't too sweet. It's a great snack when your sweet tooth is calling but don't want dessert. Perfect for on-the-go and lunch boxes.
Overall rating: 4 of 5 stars
He says (Mark): The sticks have a delightful crunch. I only wish they had a little more peanut butter flavor. The dipping jelly is flavorful and a good consistency to keep it glued to the stick. Great packaging and serving size. This is comfort food without the mess of an actual PB&J. Well done Trader Joe’s.
Overall rating: 4 of 5 stars
Would I buy these again? Yes, especially for traveling or when there are kids in the house.
