Garlic bread...CHEESE?!? Yes! It's a thing, and Trader Joe's Garlic Bread Cheese is our review today.
Described as a "mild cow's milk cheese seasoned with garlic powder and baked golden brown." It's gluten-free! A 6-ounce package costs $3.99.
It's suggested that the cheese be sauteed or heated for 30 seconds in the microwave before serving. The copy reads that it can be served on its own or with a tomato sauce. I chose a Trader Joe's marinara for dipping.

Trader Joe's Garlic Bread Cheese Review
REVIEW (Bridget): This squeaky - not stretchy or melty - cheese is a delight! The flavors of garlic bread are there...just without the bread. Consider this an update to mozzarella sticks. Dipped in warm marinara sauce, this cheese makes a fun and unique appetizer! (If heating in the microwave, I would give it a bit longer than 30 seconds, though. Maybe 40-45.)
Overall rating: 5 of 5 stars
Will I buy it again? Yes...for appetizers or light dinners paired with a salad!
